Who would've thought a thread titled "Gay wins olympics" which has nothing to do with being gay, or winning in the olympics, would be full of so much win.

I decided to relink the first article for interested parties and review the details for witty rebuttal, although I read the article last week because I'm a runner. I found it interesting that the article has been massively modified from it's original posting:

What I found particularly entertaining was the last sentence: "Gay, the 100 and 200 world champion, will be joined at the Beijing Olympics by Walter Dix, who was second on Sunday in 9.80, and Darvis Patton in 9.84."
Now follow the OP link today just for fun. Today's article was much better. I found Lomong's story inspiring.

In summary: Overall this entire thread has dramatically improved my view of Gays and, during our committee's next foreign policy review I will certainly floor a broader acceptance of Gays. They are people too and should be treated as such.
