Curious to if we can actually afford the Dem fixes.9,000,000,000,000+ in debt and climbing isn't the best time to add in massive new spending based on non-existent revenue.

It's not all in our heads, millions of chinese and india people just became oil consumers.
What's in our heads is that anything America does will affect it at this point.

Ahh, "tax and spend". That old chestnut.
That's certainly more fiscally responsible than "Fuck it, cut taxes and spend anyway"

Uh, where was that tax and spend? And where did I say the Repubs were right or even good? Pointing out that one plan is fucking stupid in the current situation does not mean I support the other.
So, you actually have a defense for the Dem plan or you just gonna dodge?

OK, I can play that game.
Where did I say that you said the "Repubs" were right or even good?
I know it's tough to grasp, but I didn't. I simply compared the two, and in doing so, did not attribute that comparison to you.
As far as the Tax and Spend remark, let's not pretend you didn't say the dems were for massive spending. Let me ask you this, where do YOU think the dems are going to come up with the cash to pay for all that spending?

Which you replied with:

Which given your history, especially your more recent of just attacking those who disagree with you with 0 substance and given the first quoted post in this chain, sounds an awful like like a shot at Republicans and their classic Dem attacks so it made me ask:

To which you tried to dodge with:

I did indeed imply they were for massive spending but the point that was lost on you was that neither plan is good. There is nowhere to get the money from, that's the hard political truth. We have too many commitments as is to add in yet another expensive welfare (public care so you can't dodge again) program. Taxes won't cover it and will cause more harm than good to the economy because of how America is.

If the Democrats have the federal government paying for my healthcare, can they also get it to pay for my gas and eq2 subscriptions?

See, this is what I mean by having to constantly stop and explain this shit.
Yes, it was a shot at republicans (do you have "super genius" on your business cards or something? Because that was an amazing display of deductive reasoning).
No, I never said YOU were a republican, or implied that you supported them, their economic plan, or even their taste in man-whores. In fact, I wasn't even speaking as to what it is you actually do support.
I was merely pointing out the same thing that you seem to be, that to date, nothing is working. And (given the highly tongue-in-cheek nature of my first post in this thread) I was only pointing out how whimsical the notion is that the economic situation in which this country currently finds itself is far from imaginary.
And you didn't "imply" dems were for massive spending, you actually said it. "Massive spending". You actually manipulated the little button things on your keyboard in such a manner as to have all those letters appear in that specific order.
Now, I do agree that taxes will not cover any additional spending to the budget as it is currently in place, however if you eliminate some other forms of spending, while at the same time increasing revenue from sources other than a straight income tax (Like, say starting to actually fine companies who hire illegals or offer tax credits for companies who keep jobs here instead of outsourcing them) then perhaps it is doable.
But no, I'll just "Dodge" more vague questions. Much easier.

Actually this is the first time you've explained something in months, was kinda of worried the place would just come to back and forth bickering and name calling; good to see you still have it in you since you've been dodging not so vague questions lately. Explanation appreciated.
