Do you put on one shoe, tie the lace, then put on the next and tie the lace or both on then do the laces?!

My work shoes are slip on Dansko's, and my party shoes are heels. I think I own one pair of shoes with ties and they pretty much sit in the bottom of my closet.

I never wear shoes in the office unless I have meetings or whatever. Hate anything on my feet tbh.
