Out of all the people calling themselves actors these days, how can you say Christian Bale is a one trick pony? I can only assume you're trying to be a smart ass or something since none of the characters in any of his movies are even similar. Let's see, just out of the last couple of years- Batman Begins/Dark Knight, The Prestige, 3:10 to Yuma, Rescue Dawn, The Machinist, The New World... ok I didn't really like The New World, but that had more to do with Collin Ferrel and the movies being long and pretty boring, and besides Christian Bale only had a supporting role. Other then that those are all top quality movies. Even if you didn't like the movies though, how are any of those characters even a little bit the same other then all being played by Christian Bale? How does that make him a one trick pony unless his one trick is being a phenomenal actor? He made Empire of the Sun when he was only thirteen and his performance was so amazing that the National Board of Review (the British version of the Academy) made an award specifically for him- Best Performance by a Juvenile Actor.

Oh and I also thought T3 was actually better the T2. Nick Stahl did a great job as John Connor. Kinda makes me wonder why they didn't get him for the new one, but oh well, Christian Bale is a better actor anyway.

That fuckin movie was one of the best done movies yet for the super hero types. Im going again to see this, Heath played the Joker so damn good, its a shame the roll pretty much killed him.

Yeah, if you pay attention at the end of the movie they never actually say he's dead, they just say nobody can know what really happened. If you look real close he appears to be breathing, but that could just be my imagination.
