haven't read the whole thread, but if the op still needs advice, I'd say try not to be needy or depressed. That maybe hard when you can't have him as your bf and you want him to be. Someone immeditely said "put out" but that may not be very good advice. If he feels he can have alot of the benefits of a relationship, but not commit, then he will continue to do so. I suggest doing things in your life that make you happy - other than trying to make this guy be your bf. When he sees he can't have all of you without a commitment, and that you maybe moving on, and having fun, he will be more willing to give the commitment another shot - if he does indeed have love for you. The last thing he wants to be commited to, is someone that maybe depressed and needy. Go have some fun.
