Yeah whether or not they gave consent is irrelevant. The girl probably didn't have the intention of having them displayed publicly and the ex-boyfriend is fully aware of this hence why he's chosen to make a mockery of her. To boot, I doubt he has written consent that she'd want it displayed which works against him too.
His posting it shows he has full intention to cause said mental / emotional suffering through public ridicule and humiliation. Especially considering the terms of him posting it, in other words as an attempt at revenge.
I bet you dollars to donuts (assuming its real) that the guy made the site accessible to her to receive his own sense of satisfaction. Although I can't prove it...doesn't matter cause really I don't give a flying fuck especially for a Mary Murphy look alike.
