1,2 and 3 don't hold a candle to the originals. If you disagree, you're a terrorist. Though it's been brought up a thousand times, so fuck it.

I thought 2 and 3 were pretty good. 1 just left such a bad taste in so many people's mouth that they catch a bad rap. The thing I dont understand is that Lucas said he wanted to put alot of the scenes with Yoda lightsaber fighting from 2 into the first one but the technology wasnt available at the time to do it right. There was apparently alot of stuff they had to change with the script and whatnot because of technical limitations. Why would you wait 25 years to put out a sub par movie when you could have made it the way you wanted in another 2 or 3?

I bought the 2 DVD's of Genndy Tartakovsky's (also of Dexter's Labratory) "clone Wars" because I was at work when the little 5 minute episodes were playing and my VCR in those days sucked ass.

No, Return of the Jedi was a horrible piece of shit. The scenes between Luke and Vader didn't make up for the Ewoks and just overall worthless crap surrounding them.
