eating clean....low fat....i can only polish off about 4k calories a day without resorting to drinks.

thats seriously a lot of food and i guess you have to build yourself up to it, but id fucking puke everywhere.

but some of that shit makes it way easier, like a 3k cal pizza. fat from all those eggs and such....

it also doesnt go into hwo much or any fat he puts on his pasta or fries his sandwiches with....which matter a lot b/c fat has over 2x the calorie amount.

Oh and the coolest thing about an MRE isn't eating them, it's making an MRE bomb!!! You put the heat pack is a 2 liter bottle of soda, put some water in it(I think about 1/4th the bottle full), then shake it like crazy and throw it. It makes a pretty big noise and a pretty big hole in the bottle lol.

I lived in Marrero before Katrina as a place of Residence though I spent most of my life in Monroe, and moved to Lake Charles before Rita and still live in Lake Charles now.

I wonder how much Phelps' weekly food bill is, although I'm guessing he doesn't pay for anything at all right now lol.
