Any number of news sites have it posted including Fox News its not like there's some coverup by biased media about it.

I thought it was pretty good myself but to be honest there just isn't a wealth of material to work with on Palin yet so it lacks the funny/sad factor of Clinton or Bush Sr. impressions. Bush Jr. was never funny because it was always too true to life when they made him sound dumb.
