But look at Quayle, even if you ignored the "lolstupid" stuff, he was a scary person to imagine taking over if Bush got sick or died. It still didn't matter in the end, though.

I agree that Palin is out of her league. It was made apparent during both her interviews. Her debates are going to be painful to watch I can tell.

It didn't matter in that situation, that doesn't mean anything for this situation. Bush was irresponsible for picking Quayle just like McCain is for picking Palin.

And Obama for picking Biden and completely stepping all over his original message of change.

Wanna know the best part? The VP is NEVER the president except for crazy circumstances, which haven't happened in 35 years at the least. I'm not concerned, and I fully trust Sarah Palin to handle running America over Obama/Biden.

lol if you fully trust Sarah Palin running the country your really not a true conservative and just vote on party lines. And the president being 72 years old with malignant cancer comes under the title of "crazy circumstances".

I agree, it was definitely an odd pick by Obama, but that is trying to side-track the point by bringing up an almost completely irrelevant situation.

Obama going against his message is not irresponsible like picking someone like Palin, who has no business in that situation. Not because she's inexperienced, and not because she's a woman, but because she's absolutely idiotic.

What I can't figure out for the life of me is why she was not prepared for this question. Katie was asking her to clarify something from an earlier answer she had given. There is no way she didn't know that she would be asked this. It blows my mind.

I don't really care I'm voting for Bob Barr but... holy shit Palin, what were/weren't you thinking?
