I thought more about it. There was an update on the old disso site that Xede made of something I posted on our member boards saying that after going over it, no I wouldnt want to beta test and it had the various reasons listed.

I'm quite confident that we've never spoken Ishbu; however, Disso one of the first guilds I tried to contact along with Vagabonds, NPU, EC and Arirang. I may not have contacted you initially but I did make an attempt to contact someone with leadership status.

You know what I remember happening? I remember several members of Dissolution starting a flame thread on the OGaming forums the day I posted the NPU interview. This prompted the discussion that LFG and I had which I'm sure you never heard anything about.

This is exactly why I've never registered here until this point in time and is also the reason why I don't intend to post in any other thread. Internet arguments are pointless and generally a worthless timesink.

Ya Illum I remember him saying that, then later turning down the opportunity to do a guild beta for KoS. It was pretty simple, he changed his mind between when he made the blog comment and when he turned down the beta offer. No big controversy with that IMO.

Actually, I'll tell you exactly what happened.

Zaphear, a person who hadn't been with Disso very long and who had absolutely no authority to speak on behalf of the guild, posted some negative comments on your forums about you and Ogaming after you published the NPU article.

I don't believe it was "several" members of Disso posting on your site about this, it was only Zaphear.

And then you sent me a strongly worded email about the maturity of my guild and it's members, and that set me off. I then replied to you with this response, which I just found in my outbox on the official forums:

Of course Ishbu remembers me bringing that to his attention, as I said in the PM to you that I would do. I made a post about this on the Disso web site at the time, when it was on Guild Portal, and Ishbu responded to that post. Truly, if jumping to conclusions was an Olympic sport, you would win the gold medal.

What all of this shows is that you are just really sloppy in what you do and how you think, and that you try and make up facts as you go along. You never attempted to contact any officer of Disso in this matter, for an interview, or anything else, ever. Instead, you were lazy and just wrote up a lot of unresearched pig slop about raiding and raid guilds in EQ2.

I also strongly disagree with your comments above about Internet arguments being pointless and timesinks. What forums like this enable is truth and frank discussion, unlike the highly moderated and one-sided views that get posted on your fansite.

I want to make it very clear that nothing in what I've said in this thread, including in the old PM I posted above, should be considered as negative toward NPU in any way. This is all ancient history now, and these comments were made in the heat of WW guild competition at the time. I've enjoyed cordial and positive relations with most NPU members for some time now. All this was said almost one year ago, and I presently hold NPU in high regard.

So one person now equates to "several members"? Sounds like you need to count. Furthermore at the time of all this Dissolution had exactly 1 leader(myself) and 1 officer(xede). Xede never heard anything, I never heard anything, quit making up bullshit.
