Are DE male hairstyles the same as human male ones?

SOGA is hot shit but it made my main character look completely buff and husky, which I am not IRL, nor would I expect a mage to be.

I do not like the Asian influenced character models - frankly, I wish they'd just use the ones that were originally planned:
