Wasn't there the whole converstion earlier along the lines of "never hearing the one that gets you, you just fade to blacK"?

IMO, Tony most likely got popped, even if it wasn't shown.

ya, I really liked the ending...music was perfect, the scene was set beautifully, and it felt as the rollercoaster ride for once was at peace, if for only a second, they were just a loving family.

Is this the first Sopranos episode you've ever seen? Reminds me of a caller to the Glenn Beck program earlier this morning who said the exact same thing.

That's an interesting view.

I don't know, the end didn't bother me as much as how anti-climatic the Phil killing was. I really wanted to see Tony confront him instead of just some random knockoff with a head smash.

I thought the killing of that fat guy in the back of the Bing earlier this season (or was it last season?) was one of the best "kill scenes" I've ever seen. I've watched that episode 100 times.

I think what bothers people is they wanted a big bang. The finale was no more or less exciting than any other episode, and I think that's what bothered people.

Pretty much. This shouldn't have been like every other episode. You're ending a 10 year show with this shit? Fucking lame. LAME. I think the writers just ran out of material.

He's a mob boss. You can never run out of material....there's always something going on. That was the point of the ending....you can't just blow up the world in the show cause its ending. That's just me though....
