Sure you can. And you don't know anything from that "ending". You don't know if he's ok. You don't know if he got popped. You don't know if his family went with him. You know jack and dick.

I had heard that on the DVDs, they're going to put the 4 possible endings on there so maybe it was a marketing ploy. Wouldn't shock me.

How do I not know? I watched the ending, and there was nothing to indicate a death. If we used the logic of not knowing at the end of a show like you are, then no series has ever had an ending, because we don't know what happened after the finale.

There might be 4 endings. There are usually several endings to huge shows so that the main one won't get leaked. Why so cynical? It was a great show, probably the best on televsion, and its now over, and it ended the way it began, the way it should have. Showing Tony and his family as regular Joe Americans.

After watching it a 2nd time I guess it's not as bad. The 1st time you just stay focused on expecting a big event. When it doesn't happen you end up feeling like the last guy standing in an all-night orgy.

The Journey song was a great addition (especially if you think about the last verse). I think it was Bobby who said at one time he thought you felt nothing when you died it all just went black.

Dunno, maybe I'm just more pissed the show is over. It was one of my all-time favorites.

Its one of the best examples of anticlimactic that ive ever seen. what pisses me off was not as much the ending (that annoyed me, yes) but the fact that i talked my bf into recording it and totally talked it up. he had never seen an episode, so i told him it was really good and i used to love watching it and completely built it up.

we grabbed a blanket, got comfy on the couch with munchies and kittens all settled in... for... that? bleh.

lets face it. it was a badass show with a weak ending. it didnt keep me on the edge of my seat at all. sure, there were a couple of moments (like the smoke in the SUV) where i was like 'oh shit!', but overall, i think the last 30 min of it i spent thinking 'wtf.' if that werent the finale, i would have changed the channel and figured the writers were having a down time.

to me, the mark of a good episode is that i want to see it over and over again. one im glad i recorded. watching that one more than twice seems pointless. we deleted it the next morning.

it just proves to me that the writers didnt feel like delivering the stuff theyve been delivering for the last 8 years.
