Wanna know something scary? They're coming out with "Maya the Bee"... ya... from Nick Jr.... ON NINTENDO DS. O.O I'm going to have to get it for shear 'wtf' factor. Do you remember "The Little Koala"??? Koalawala land was a friggin psycho place... asexual koalas being created by machine... little floating embryos... The 80's rocked.
I remember the monchicis, battle beasts, and get along gang. I so do not remember anything else lmao. And if memory serves I can vaguely remember watching a cartoon of monchichis? Oh lord I'm even hearing an annoying theme song associated with them. Some things should stay in the 80s.

If you do a youtube for classic nick you can find a bunch of those intros too! I had the little koalas song stuck in my head for a week straight after watching.
...look up there, way up high... koalas in baloons...
Hehe I remember the koala kid. Actually sorta on topic, I found the entire Mysterious Cities of Gold cartoon that shaped my impressionable toddler mind on YouTube the other day. That and Spartakus and the Sun Beneath the Sea. These weird French-Japanese animated series they aired on Nick but like with bloodthirsty conquistadors and human sacrifice and some retro sci-fi post-apocalyptic Incas versus Atlantis crap. It ended on a sorta bittersweet but definitely upbeat, optimistic note. And you gotta love those high quality animations and voice overs :P

OH MY GOD!:D I had like totally forgotten about those. The two guys and that girl, right? The Inca princess or something?
How about THIS...
"Come aloooong. WITH the Lil Bits! They're all aroooound! All the Lil Bits"...
Wanna know how much the Lil Bits had an impact on me? I'm getting a bloody FLOWER hat custom made. O.O Pink hair, a flower hat... can I get any stranger? I just do what I like, but even I admit it's bizarre.

TMCoG was also a show that I never missed if I could help it. The linear story line was something that completely hooked me as a kid. I found the entire series on torrents not long ago myself. (including the history lessons at the end)
What about good ol' "You can't do that on Television". I remember my dad didn't like me watching that show because he thought it showed too much disrespect towards adults. Jeez!
Here is the 2004 special they did with a few old casters:
There some interviews with old casters floating around youtube as well. Interesting watch.
