The "Flames" idea wasn't invented here (although it was taken to the next level). FoH lays claim to the world first in my book. I hope he's successful with his venture. Every MMO should have a community like EQ2Flames in my opinion.

Niber if you recall we had quite a long AIM conversation concerning tips for running a flames site as well as the bandwidth cost for eq2flames. I asked you if you minded that I registered aocflames.com and that I planed to tailor the idea for AoC. You told me you didn't and that after vgflames.com you didn't plan to do flames sites for other games. We talked about some other person who tried to copy the flames idea for all mmo's, I believe the domain was mmoflames.com. In general it was a nice friendly convo.

If you choose to make your own AoC flames site, I will shut mine down. There is no money in the site and just costs me money for the bandwidth which as a student I don't have much money to spare. We just wanted a site where we can call out any bullshit in AoC and not have it deleted or edited.

I also replied to your posts on my site AoC Flames • View topic - This low budget copycat site has zero to do with eq2flames.c.
