well here in oregon there is laws that protect you if you help someone in a life threating situation.. and i am sure there are more states.. i think back on it and part of me wished i would of never seen him never heard that engineer.. however i did what i did becuase i reacted with out thinking of conquence or reason .thaere is always the what if's but i have decided that ok well its over and done nothing but to move forward and hope that he wakes up and can live a good quality of life and learn never ever go to a party that are close to train tracks.. and to the guy above statement how about you go jump in front a of atrain and get your god damn buddies to film it.. ass munching bastard
