Jesus fucking christ man. That is one of the dumbest comments I've seen you make. I have a DUI, but all of my friends don't. I'm the one who doesn't drink and drive usually, but I got caught one time, at one party. Getting caught shouldn't mean that you are a worse person than the person who hasn't gotten caught. I have other friends who do coke pretty regular. I haven't in years, but I won't judge them for it. They've never gotten caught. Are you saying she should be punished as harshly as possible for something that a vast majority of Tweens and college kids do? Get real. You're another one who's jealous that you aren't famous and rich, and you think that they "owe" society or something.

I didn't say she should be punished more harshly than anyone else, but she should pay the penalty like everyone else. Celebrities get a slap on the wrist compared to real people all the time. It's even been proven that you can get away with murder if your only claims to fame are being a washed up football player who did 3 movies with Leslie Nielsen.

No, he got free because he was black. Not celebrity. Paris Hilton did several more times the standard jail time on her offense because she was a celebrity.
Also as a celebrity, you aren't allowed opinions (unless they are socialist and extremely liberal) you aren't allowed to do anything even inside your own home usually without the media watching, and you can't even go to rehab without the media following you there. You tell me what kind of help this young girl has been getting?
Her mother uses her to get into clubs and party with the stars, her friends do the same. Being a celebrity would be fun, but most people can't hack it. She should be penalized, but nothing more than a second offense DUI (which is usually 1 year no license and a large fine.) and cocaine possession (which is nothing in America. Cocaine dealers are getting free every day)

No, but because she's a celebrity doesn't mean she should get punished more. And what she's doing is typical teenage/tweenage behavior. That's all. Its not right, but its not the end of the world.
