SANTA MONICA, July 24, 2007 (KABC-TV) - According to the Santa Monica Police Department, Lindsay Lohan was arrested early Tuesday morning for DUI, driving on a suspended license and possession of narcotics.
The Santa Monica Police Department tells Eyewitness News, Lohan was taken into custody near the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium along Pico and Main early Tuesday morning.
She's currently still at the Santa Monica Police Station. Bail has been set for $25,000
Lohan crashed her Mercedes back in May, she was charged with DUI and recently finished rehab.

She posted and she had coke on her as well. I feel bad for her, cause I'm sure it wasn't all her idea to get coked up right out of rehab....but then I don't feel bad, well cause she's a celebrity, and she could get proper help if she wanted it.
Also, she's still smoking fucking hot.

shes seriously fucked up. Jail time would probably sober her up.
Whats worse, is that her father is geting more coverage on the whole ordeal. Being interviewed on tv and radio..
she definitely deserves it this time.

For anyone who sys she needs "serious" jail time....ever driven drunk? Ever tried coke? Ever had a several day long binder? Cause I have, and unless I'm on a jury, I don't have the right to an opinion. Hell, I got a DUI 2 years ago and got less than either her or Paris. I don't know what this jealous fascination with making celebrities "pay the price" is, but its nuts. That's my little rant.
