I actually lost interest when they started to crack down on the thugs.

Although that was about the same time the Bruins started to suck hard on a regular schedule. When it comes to hockey I guess I'll have to admit I'm a fair weather fan. I love it when my team is dominant but I'd rather watch CNN when they suck.

When it comes to baseball and Football though I'm a true fan. I've had season tickets for the Pats since the Rod Rust era. And can always watch a Red Sox game ...unless they Yankees are pounding them for some odd reason then I must change the channel.

I think Jeter and A-knob start to french kiss in the dugout between innings when they get a 5+ run lead over the red sox.

I really miss Matthew Barnaby at a Pens/Flyers game. That was the best entertainment you could get.

I've lost interest in baseball due to the lackluster management and ownership of my hometown team, the :ahem: Pirates... but I do enjoy going to games much more than watching them on TV. My favorite way to spend time watching baseball is going to the local Minor League games for the Altoona Curve or Washington Wildthings here in Western PA. Other than that I don't really follow baseball.

I can talk golf or tennis for the most part, I have watched Golf for the past few years, but Tennis only recently and I'm a big Roger Federer fan...love the guy and I hope he keeps doing well. Nadal on the other hand, while an excellent player just creeps me the fuck out with his grunting and sex noises while he's playing.

As far as golf goes, I enjoy watching golf tournaments on the weekend because it is quiet, calm and takes some serious skill. A perfect example of why Golf is tough is this passed weekend at The Open and what happened to Sergio Garcia after he had a pretty good lead going into the Final Round on Sunday...

I would also throw in that American Football is easily the worst and lamest sport that there is. I don't understand that you can make millions by just lifting weights. Other sports require natural skill, football only requires that you are strong.
I couldn't disagree more. You may exsist for a short time in Pro Football just because you are big or have a strong arm or can run fast but if you fail to develope and grasp the mental aspects of the game you will not last long at all.

A perfect example of this would be Brian Bosworth.

Fuck that, no way Rangers take the cup this year. This is yet another in year in which the Rags attempt to buy themselves a cup and will fail once again. To many big names with no chemistry. You shall see...

Islanders will continue to open eyes once again. Theyll predict us to fall into the 29/30 spot as usual, but we will prevail and shine into a 7/8 spot.

The Devils this season will be a bigger story by not making the playoffs. I know Marty can carry this team, but with all they lost, I dont see them having the offense to bring in the W's.

Philly, another team thats gone out and bought themselves alot. Will the chemstry work? No one knows for sure, but I expect them to actually compete this season.

Buffalo.. This will be the first time in a few years they fail to take the East. They have alot on the farm, but not sure if those guys are ready to take the helm.

Boston, I expect a repeat of last season.

Pitts will have another good season finishing in a 5 or 6 spot if they can keep their goaltending on par. Not to sure about that tho.. Fleury isnt as great as everyone seems to think..

will write more when I get time later..
