Meh, I'm not buyin it to race. Really buying it for comfort while i travel for work.

....and i'm a huge "Honda guy". Jetski, car, 4-wheeler, are all Honda's.

They make some good bikes, the CBRs are really cool looking and fast. However, I am into fast cars and Honda does not deliver. Like I said though, I am more into domestic cars anyway.

A Honda Accord EX saved my life back in 2005 so now I'm a loyal Honda owner. After wrecking the Accord when I got hit from behind by a guy going 65mph I bought a nice dark blue Honda Civic Hybrid 4 door 5 speed manual that I loved.....but then since I had more kids I had buck up and buy the soccer mom ride...a nice Honda Odyssey with leather seats and a DVD player. I love the ride...it's nice but unfortunately a gas guzzler. so hubby is begging for another hybrid civic so he can not have a heart attack at the gas pump anymore.

I'm not against, or not like, anything other than Honda...but when i'm dishin out the $$ it's going to Honda.

The Honda S2000 is not fast. My 94 T/A with nothing but bolt ons whipped them thoroughly. I only ran in 13s in the 1/4 mile, so I am guessing that S2000's run somewhere in the 14s at the most. Also, coincidently, I was rearended by some old lady while I was at a near stop and she was going ~60mph, all that needed to be replaced was the bumper and it's mounts. Ford or Chevy, can't remember which, sells a hybrid SUV, if you need the space maybe look into something like that. I don't know much about the whole gas mileage thing because I don't give a shit, but I remember seeing a commercial for one.

Yeah there are some new SUV hybrid's on the market but hubby wants the civic hybrid as his "run to work" vehicle and the Odyssey as the "family outing's" vehicle. Even tho I live in an area where gas isn't that expensive since I have three youngsters I am on a budget =/

I will never buy these 3 brands...

VW, BMW, Honda.

I have seen a 1996 dodge neon wtf pwn a 2003 BMW (my ex wife had the neon) and the BMW was totaled.
With the VWs I have seen wayyyyyyyyy wayyyyy wayyy too many lemons.
Honda, well cause they all suck, minus the prelude which they no longer make (but I hear they might bring it back).

BMW's are some of the most fucked up vehicles known to man. How they manage to stay in business with the amount of truely fucked-up shit that happens to their vehicles is beyond me.

For perspective, I used to work scheduling appointments for BMW dealerships repair shop. Most of the calls were for a BMW dealership in New York City. I heard some of the craziest, wildest, funniest things happening to these peoples cars, and this is from ONE dealership (granted, the largest in the country, but still...).

Example 1: Customer's 3 week old 3-series that honked every time he turned they ignition. Made for some very upset neighbors considering he left for work at 6am.

Example 2: Sunroof would randomly open while driving.

Example 3: Doors would lock immediately after unlocking from the key fob.

Some common issues:
cup holders.... I think 75% of BMW owners have a broken cup holder. This is true for all different series lol!
Windows.... they'd just stop working. Usually when open. And almost always just before it started raining.
Trunks wouldn't open
Convertible tops would not close
Check Engine Light within a few days of purchasing vehicle (this happened at least a dozen times lol)
Open door alarm wouldn't turn off

I could go on and on. It made for some interesting work (especially the guy with the car horn, I had to take a break after that guy cuz I was laughing so hard picturing it) but man, I do not want to buy a BMW anymore!
