Yes, but consider it this way, it will basically be impossible to move all the people to another planet when that technology comes along. Thus making the population on the new planet scarce!

I hope it'll be a Deep Impact-like situation, where the brightest and whitest (plus Morgan Freeman) get to escape the planet's demise, and the rest die.

It was a random thing some guy did on 4chan with no real explanation. The originals were those pictures of Cell from DBZ.

Yea, I remember first seeing Cell doing Shoop Da Whoop, but I didn't know where it came from, if anywhere
