did you disclose that anywhere? in a post, PM, or chat room?

just signed up an account. it did not have me check any boxes to accept or agree to anything. no where in the Disclaimers does it say anything close to "by using this site you agree to these rules"

My conclusion: You didn't agree to jack shit and they hold you with no verbal or written contract.

Also, They fail to inform you that accounts are their exclusive property as well as any information given with those accounts.

Man, you posted on forums that are the property of someone else, and publicly viewable, automatically making it public domain. They own the space in which it was written, and anything you wrote can be stored, copied, rewritten, etc without your permission.

Welcome to the internet.

Speaking of public use! please leave your death threats at 904-537-7188.
Messages of a sexual and/or business nature are also accepted. But serious injury and/or death threats are prefered.

That will be all. thank you.
