Windows 7 - In game Broswer connects but doesn't update MINI WIndo Info

I am sorry If this topic has been discussed somewhere else, I didn't see anyone with this same problem.

I am running a clean install of Win7 Home Premium and the most recent version of ACT 2.9.7 Release 214.

I have the exact same setup on the http server as before and I am able to get the localhost address to connect. I even get the main screen asking me to choose what I want to view. When I hit any of the links, all i get is loading...... and it never updates.

Now if I window out and manually open the mini window that is updating fine and my paste into chat macro is working fine... I have a big monitor and I like to leave the MINI window up on the ingame browser so I don't have to play EQ2 in a window.

Is there a configuration issue I am missing?

Help with export parse to defined channel

Ok, I had ACT all installed and set up to use a macro in-game to export the parse to my raid channel (the /do_file_commands act-export.txt). It worked perfectly. I installed Win7 and had to copy ACT back over (I saved it to external HD). Everything works fine except my macro doesn't export the correct data (it exports old data). I tweaked it around and got it to work but now it defaults to group say. I went under the EQ integration export options and tried the following settings:

Clipboard preset (-1) the one I customized.
Channel command: I tried all kinds of options here from like
1) tc XXXX (my dps channel- not the number like 2,3,4 but the name exactly how it appears)
2) /tellchannel XXXX
3) tellchannel XXXX
4) /tc XXXX

I tried all kinds of options after reading all the previous posts.
I am running the ACT program as an administrator
I added the channel command on the left so it shows in the little window for export to EQ2 Macro File (Clipboard export Formatting)
I took all of those out and left the window blank. I mean it seemed like I tried everything and when I click the macro in game I get a few different outcomes depending on what setting I have.

Some of the messages I get are:
"not joined to this channel"
You are not in a group (x4 spam) so it is trying to export and when in a group it does export to the group, but won't send to the channel I want it to send it to. I am probably having a retard moment and I am overlooking a simple thing. But, I can't for the life of me remember what I am missing or doing wrong. Capitalization is correct for the channel I want to send it to.

My problem comes down to: for some reason the channel command is not correctly understanding what I put in the box and where I tell it to post the data. It defaults always to gsay whether it says that in the box or not.

Any help is appreciated as I don't really feel like editting each line in the Text only formatting section to get it to my dps channel.

Any help or solutions?

Not exporting to EQ2 with macro

So I installed Win7 and used my original ACT directory. All of my settings are the same in ACT and my macro is still intact in EQ2.

When I press the macro in EQ2 it is not exporting to my DPS chat window. If I press CTRL-V then it copies. I found the act-export.txt file in the Everquest II directory and it does have my latest parse.

My Export to EQ2 Macro File (Clipboard export formatting) is listed as:
act-export.txt < dps |current default|

My macro in EQ2 is:
/do_file_commands act-export.txt

My Cliboard Preset is -1

My Channel command is DPS

And my Combatant summaries as Text to paste into EQ2 chat is checked.

I actually have two Win7 computers that this is not working on. Any suggestions or any further information needed let me know.

Hiya

When I check my ACT at the end of the night after doing multiple zones and mobs I can only see the last few. It shows that we did each zone but not the breakdown of the mobs.

What do I need to do so I can go back over all fights since ACT was started?

Act starts up and works ... However what does not work are Triggers im not getting TTS replies, the expressions are correct they are the same ones was using before the upgrade and I know they work.

Problem with importing spell timers

I recently installed Win7 and wanted to import my timers, triggers and data corrections from my old ACT. I exported everything and when imported into my new ACT I get an error and the following error log:
