But was unable to get it because the person selling the raid drop item and I could not come to a compromise on how to verify the transaction from both parties was legit. The tricky part of what happened is both parties are in the right, so the question is how to fix it. *_First the problem_* - If the raid was to invite me in and the timer on the chest was up, I could (in theory) run in and loot the chest withought buying the item. - The person buying the item handing the money to a person withought even knowing if a raid even exists or the transaction has even a chance of being legit runs the risk of being scamed as well. This in itself is a catch 22 for both sides, so the question to everyone is what are some ideas to give relative protection to both sides of the transaction. Simply looking at the guild a person is for me is just not enough. They could be a disgruntled person and on their way to change servers etc... been playing MMOs for almost 15 years and have seen that happen time and time again. *_Some potential solutions to the problem_* 1. So many guilds, so many raid spots needing utility, so small of a player base. Instead of free to play servers lets get serious and have free to play classes!

How bout it Sony, next launch have EQ2 Really Extended Beyond Our Player Base!!!!!

You may have to use a smaller font on the box due to the length of the new catchy title, but think of the possibilities. You could stop screwing over rangers in hopes they re-roll dirges. All necro's can become nechantro's! We can make even more guilds on servers that already have hundreds with 4-8 members doing pickup raids. You can finally achieve your dream mechanic of a raid force fielding 10 enchanters, 10 bards, two sk's, a mystic and temp.
