I have the first round of what I call 'Legends Explorer' up online at:

Right now with Legends Explorer you can view the whole LoN card list and quickly search for cards by title. You can also track your card checklist and create and share decks for others to view.

I have more functionality planned to match what I've seen users request and what I think would be useful. You can see some of those plans documented on the site.
