Not to be even more blunt but did you actually read my post or visit the site? The information available on my site is completely different from what you get on the broker in game by doing a search. From there you can see items that are for sale on the market. What my site is is a database of prices from actual sales compiled from store logs submitted by players.

It sure is a good thing that i set up the EQ2markets site so you can refine your search by server, market ( ie freeport, qeynos, etc), by time frame, by price range, by alpha, and by Volume so you can filter out prices from other servers than your own.
As for the usefulness of the site each must decide whether or not the data provided is useful or not. I know of no other site which provides in-game item pricing data for EQ2.
Does the data have limitations? Absolutely. For one thing the site relies on player submitted data and is only as accurate as the data sent to us. EQ2 markets is not, nor have we ever claimed to be, an up to the minute picture of the entire in-game market but what our data does provide is a good overview of the market including trends up or down and a good idea of an items value in the market, especially those with multiple price points. I think the site is most useful for finding a price for an item that is NOT currently listed on your servers broker to get a good idea of what an items worth may be based on past ACTUAL sales information.
