I am looking for someone to help with the PHP mysql coding. I know what needs to be done. But I don't have the knowledge to get it done =(.

Currently what needs to happen is as follows.

1. Sorting by date
2. After signed in (into forums) users have the option to upload photos and edit item information
3. ability to search by item information biased on many different factors.
4. ability for people to "flag" a link as bad (signed in users only).. with 20+ unique flags, the link disappears upon the run of the daily update (the one that updates the numbers on the main page).
5. setup a local cookie.. that will store information (like a shopping cart) so a person can "save" the gear they lookup or automagicly save search history.
6. To "rate" items biased on availability (raider/solo/group)
