That was a one time incident. Which, if you'll recall, I sided with you on.

However, you have busted your ass in an effort to become more "legitimate." Adding rules, trying to cozy up to SOE. THAT is where this site shares a common thread with Zam divesting itself of IGE. The specifics of past sins are irrelevant; eq2flames was a BIG no-no with SOE at one point. You have reformed. It's rather hypocritical of you to not give Zam a similar chance.

Not to mention how tasteless it is to personally attack somebody who did so much to help you bring that very legitimacy to this site.

I think it was funny, and I appreciate your efforts to disarm this situation. I'd like nothing more than for it to go away. My position is that I'd rather not lose friends than harp on this, if people want to work for Allakhazam, that's a personal choice decision, like other victimless personal choice decisions they can make that don't affect me personally.

But, when a guy comes here and insinuates that me or this site are sleazy, I have no choice but to lubricate the Howitzers and return fire.

I've said, I like Calthine personally, I respect her work, and I can deal with who she works for now by thinking of it in a way that it's none of my business, it doesn't concern me so I don't need to have an opinion about it.

I just resent your coming here and starting this up again after it finally cooled down.

And yes, I have busted my ass to earn a trifling bit of legitimacy with SoE. I believe that the devs who visit this site provide great value to our users, and this site would suck quite a bit more without them.

Now that you put it in the terms of, why not give Allakhazam's a fair shot too, since you've screamed to get one yourself, I'm willing to do that. I really don't want to harm personal relationships I have with people by taking this further, but have no choice to respond when posts like yours are made.
