An interesting system, but with EoF I would say it does not succeed.

While some would say we were given free content, what content exactly were we given? A new race, a new city, a new lowbie zone? These things are for new players; not ones struggling to stay interested while we wait for an expansion.

And what about the stuff that is -supposed- to already be in and complete? Like the epic quest? How has it been 2 live updates without a release on this quest? I think at this point it's safe to say the Swords of Destiny timeline has trounced Froglok's as the biggest EQ2 blunder to date.

I'm confused as to how people can claim Unrest was an "addition" after EoF. It was meant to be part of EoF when it was launched.

And am I bored of Unrest? Yes, I did it once, and realized why the fuck am I wasting my time in here? I have more fun in Nizara or soloing Nest.

Unrest is easily my favorite instance. The aesthetic of the zone plays a huge role in that.

grats2u? what does that have to do with the fact that it was supposed to be available on release?

I think its fun the first time through, but no way should it be considered added content.

I'm bored with it, want to know why? Because all I do in the zone is DPS. It is un-interesting. There are only 2 zones where being an Enchanter is interesting, Castle Mistmoore and Nizara. Everywhere else, I'd rather stab myself in my eyes because of how boring this game is as an Enchanter. Oh boy, I get to do DPS! Grats.

I say to myself, by golly why don't they have hard epic raids that require superb enchanter'ing? But I can already see it now, Ishbu bitching about inflexible raids encounters that need enchanters.

And then I think about mez resists on yellow mobs that just don't happen to have three rows of debuffs. Oh god, the fucking mez resists. Makes me just want to fucking shoot someone (figuratively, of course).

How so? There are 2 enchanter classes. An inflexible raid encounter would be one that requires a Coercer. A Flexible Raid Encounter is one that requires an Enchanter.

I'm going to assume, but from what it looks like now, the Swords of Destiny timeline is going to be useless by the time RoK rolls around. So much is obvious...Unless they turn it into like the precursor for your Epic weapon.
