I would have to say Illusive Thoughts (Not sure of his name in-game) on the EQ2 regular forums. He has provided some really good information from the release. Many of his posts have kicked off a lot of discussions.

Also, I would nominate Aditu for most influential over the entire game! Her parser has provided everyone with tons of data and information from encoutners.

I'd agree Illusive Thoughts was a great wizard and I personally learned alot from his posts. Ilum and Ren are tops on my list as well...great contributors, I enjoy reading both.

lllusive Thoughts was the guy that I fought for months leading up to LU 24 because he thought Conjurors have more utility than a Wizard, and there were other instances as well....that just happens to be the more memorable one. Yeah, REALLY top notch, knowledgeable player there....although if people believed his bullshit, then he must be influential....

Illuminator

I fought with him for a while about Surging Tempest really being broken. But he angrily insisted it was intended as an opportunity for a skilled wizard to demonstrate himself by casting big nukes at the right moment between ticks so as not to have Catalyst/Free. Sorc. stolen by them. He came around to my camp though when EoF AA's tightened the timing between ticks so bad it couldn't be done anymore by anyone.

He has delved into smart things, like finding out that spell procs were resisting too often, because they weren't taking caster skill bonuses into account.

I voted for Dinh because he is a bad ass with a heart of gold. He finished a raid feeling like he was going to die with a 105 fever and then went to work the next day with the same fever. Plus he knows how to kill bugs dead.

Thank you LFG. I'm really happy to see so many well respected mages counter nominating each other. Mages aren't known for their humility it's a great sight.

I'd say if any these guys are on your server they deserve a /60-69 grats for being nominated in the first place. Expect announcements from me in the various mage channels. They should feel special for the extra they have gone for us IMO. Although I should be weary of encouraging the warlocks from talking in any channels who knows what spam might come... There are some great names in here really deserve it.
