Re: Does buying/selling plat really affect you?
This was alluded to in a different thread, but this is the part that makes it interesting to me.....A person will moan and groan about RMT, and post stuff like....

Its annoying as fuck. I made him a bruiser because I knew he could solo well and help my main with getting plat. But as above, he's not able to kill much usually because the bots are doing it.

Than, in the same post, you take a look at the bottom and see....
This is EXACTLY how you battle RMT, you take an active part!!

I'm not even sure where miroh is coming from. Is he retired, or is he battling plat farmers with his bruiser? I mean, i don't care if you stopped playing and you still wanna post on the boards here, they are pretty fucking awesome.
But, you know, start using some of those words that indicate the past tense. Like say you USED to have a bruiser alt ....

Re: Does buying/selling plat really affect you?
Ok, let me make sure I understand this.
I made a comment it seems kind of funny to want to battle RMT, from a person actively taking part in RMT.
Your defense is, well, yeah, you are.
Ok...that'll teach me!!

Re: Does buying/selling plat really affect you?
Participating in RMT on the servers designated for it is different than buying/selling plat on NON exchange servers.
1) Anyone who rolls on an exchange server expects that.
2) Anyone who RMTs on a non-exchange server is doing so against the rules.
Expectations are different for the two servers.
