SOE -can- do something about the paypal angle.. its not like SOE and Sony are small companies.. they could start negotiating with PayPal to arrange to have them no longer do business with the gold sellers..
its not like they dont have something to offer paypal.. just simply offering to add paypal as a payment option for their games would be a big chunk of potential revenue.
