I don't follow you. So urbannaja and naelbis are english words/names? I also thought beebe looked farmerish. There is a chinese guild on mistmore and a lot of them have names like honeybaby. At any rate, more so than leahe, the one he was trying to point out. Leahe looks like they were going for leah, or leia but it wasn't avaiable.

Don't forget to take into consideration where people live as well. Farmers rarely keep more than a 5s starter apartment. Plus, if they haven't set themselves anonymous, you can check eq2players for things like creation date, time played, crafting level, full name, whether they're guilded, status contribution to that guild, etc.

Naelbis, Regulos, Beebe, Ssarem, Mossi and Urbannaja all check out.

Leahe is obviously a mule account, being a level 1 swashie -- and with that many clusters, highly I doubt he got them legit. Given that it is a mule account, though, the possibility remains it's an actual player who bots harvesting. Either way, he's suspicious and should be reported. SOE can look into how he got them.

Gaum is either the defunct toon of a legit player or a former member of a bot crew that got converted into a harvest bot now that it's not nearly as lucrative to run the traditional 4-box teams for farming. He's kind of not quite here, not quite there. It's suspicious enough I'd avoid buying from him, though, but I'm picky that way. (Plus, he doesn't have a sales crate.)

Well, "urban naja" are english words

(najas are commonly known as cobras) and I could think of several explanations for the other two.
They might be farmers, but you can't really tell farmers from their names anyway (except for the obvious "sdjkfldfigj" or "udfjasjikl")
