need some input on this one before petitioning

Today I've encountered the first player that looked like a farmer since I've discovered this section on this forum and read a lot of the stuff in here. Need some advice on this though.

The toon in question is Louyaat on Permafrost --> eq2players profile

Almost perfectly fits the profile of The Solo Slaughter Artist in tracheaspider's field guide. In addition to that: no surname, no titles, no guild, no reaction to /tells (tried it from 2 different toons within 4 hours or so), 38k+ kills within less than a month. Found him in Barren Sky in Discord Isle, masskilling Aviaks.

What makes me rather insecure about this guy are these things: He leveled in instances like Nek Castle and DFC. He has a few mastercrafted and legendary quest pieces. Done over 300 quests. Played only 10 hours a day on average. Seems to react - he stopped near me when he first saw me, and 2-3 times later, as if checking out why I was watching him. He even moved back when he saw I was pulling a mob a little earlier than he was about to engage, like polite players do - he didn't even try to get to shinies ahead of me (although he did harvest some).

I don't want to petition a legit player, and I don't even know what I could petition him for. Didn't look like any of the reasons one can give to CS mentioned in the Guide to getting farmers banned - not even monopolizing content as there were always enough mobs up of the type he was farming.

Thoughts?

Petition him. Look at his creation date and playtime, he's obviously in a rush to get to T8. It's common for plat pharmers to grind to 70 mostly from quests now, then fuck around in Barren Sky for the rest of their existence. Walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, so shove an apple in his fucking mouth and throw him into the oven.

Pretty much what I thought, heh. Forgot to mention he doesn't have any alts, I think that's the selling point since he seems to know the content (or has a farmer's guide or whatever).

Any good reasons I can put into the petition? Tracheaspider's ban guide doesn't work on this dude.

Sorry for stupid questions, it's my first dedicated attempt at getting back at those fuckers.

These types of bastards sometimes take a little while to get banned but if you stay on their asses they do get banned. Don't worry too much about specifics, just file the petition to call him out and mention what you see, the GM's will take it from there.

First shot ever, kill, that was fun. More to come. The speedhacker I got banned the day after isn't worth a screenshot imho

Oh yeah, right. This was the petition text:

"Greetings!

A few hours ago I encountered a player named Louyaat in The Barren Sky, he was mass-killing Aviaks on the Isle of Discord. While I know that farming isn't against the rules (who doesn't do it one point or another ;) ), this guy had many characterics of plat farmers for the RMT companies. Level 73 within a month, 38k+ kills in that time, no alts, no reaction to tells despite noticing his surroundings, you name it. Just wanted to point you in his direction.

Illuminator was right, the reason wasn't that important. In the end it was obvious ernough I guess.

edit: Illuminator... I realize that. Maybe I get fed up with it one day, who knows. For now I'm happy to be responsible for destroying 13 full days worth of work and items worth 150+p on the broker. Good start imo, let's have some good fun samcking around the unwelcome
