Its bazaar. You can probably get petitioned and punished for NOT plat farming. it could be seen as monopolizing the content from the RMTers and ruining SOE's enjoyment of the game. After all, every plat you earn yourself and don't buy or sell, is a plat they won't get a commission off of.
