Couldn't you petition them for using "nasty" language and cussing you out? Pretty sure that's at least a suspension. Just say you dueled a guy and he said that stuff to you, and you looked it up on the internet, then point the GM to the appropriate translation site worth a try. Anything to get rid of a spammer.
