How do you spot a PlaT farmer or so?

OK now here is a NOOB question, but im sure most of you will agree with me that Plat farmers are annoying, cheats, whatever you want to call them.

How do you spot a plat farmer?

I see when someone is 2 botting or so, he has other toons auto following, etc..
but how do you know if he/she is plat farming?

I mean you can see a person using more then 1 account at same time and you can see a speed hacker ( unless he is major laging )
but how do u recognize the plat farmers?

Ive reported some people in past because I thought they were plat farming or hacking general, but wasnt really sure about it and some show up again a a bit later
