create a new thread or necro post the sticky on this section that i wish i would have read before i talked to a bot friday night for about 30 minutes.

I even told him i don't understand translate and he started translating bc he was first talking in his language LOL.....he was a lvl 15 wanting me to give him money.....This all started when he walked up to me and gave me 1g and some change and invited me to a group and then said some things in his language and i was like what? over and over then told him to translate and then he did. By the end of this i had him pissed like i gave him 6 random crappy items (meat from ranndom animals and bad collections) and he was like i dont need these, he tried to give them back but every 3 he gave back i gave 6 more

Anyway after i didnt give him money (that he needed to get to lvl 80 really quickly) he said he wouldnt help me when he gets 80 bc i wouldnt help him with 50Plat

The latest variation on this theme appears to be as follows:

Level 1 toon zones into a guild hall during an active time, begs plat from members, gets told to get the "F" out, deletes toon, re-rolls another level 1 toon thus evading guild hall access ban.

This happened in our guild hall last night so I have advised our guild members to screen shot the toon and any conversation and /petition this to report the person.

On checking the toons on SOE Players today the toons in question have already been deleted, however I did find another level 1 toon on another server with the same name who had 5 alts on other servers, all level one, all with the same name so it doesn't take a brain surgeon to work out this is a farmer account and it has been reported as such.

I'm reasonably confident that this is just one of many many accounts like this so I'm not expecting any action to be taken by SOE any time soon but I am hoping that they will at least investigate this further in an effort to trace the "Big Fish" by following the minnow.

Effing Farmers, they really do lack a certain amount of creativity, I mean who's actually dumb enough to just hand over plats to random level one toons...duh!
