I know for sure Illuminator has Ice Nova Master 1 scribed, unless these pics came from an alt.
Nothing would be more gratifying than sending Ice Nova up this character's ass.
The way I break charm without having it aggro me is to relog (/camp Icedaze). I run around invisible so the offender has no idea who is causing his death. And when relogging, I first park the mob behind the offender and then run behind a building so I'm not seen. When I log back in, all I see is a dead character and a mob standing over it. Instantly I recharm and reinviz from a distance. And the process repeats.
Because the offender is level 1, it's way too easy. And it all happens so quick, I nail him at the spawn point just to crush his spirits.
