Petitioning them doesn't work unless they are disrupting the zone or something else; them running around in little circle jerks isn't going to get them banned.

I'm assuming you meant you never said they
were reluctant to use it? Anyways, your first post (above) seems to imply that to me. Hoping "SOE pulls out the ban stick soon" makes it sound like they're not doing anything yet. My point is, the ban stick already is out and if you know how to petition, you'll see it thump farmer after farmer.
It doesn't even take much to get them banned. If you know what they
would be doing, petition them for that. All you really need is to have made visual contact so you can correctly say who is in which group. Mention you were there where they were farming and say they were disrupting your play even if it wasn't directly true. After all, they will be disrupting tons of people throughout their "career." (It's always indirectly true in that they bother me by existing.) For good measure, look them up on EQII Players site and check account age vs. time played and petition them for suspected account sharing. If you catch them botting (casting at the same time), cite your suspicions for that. Petition them for exploiting if you see them doing that. Getting 24/30 banned at once happened by standing outside of the Sepulcher instance in EF, watching farmers zone in and out, and petitioning them all for botting and exploiting the instance.
The more people getting petitions in, the more money it costs the farmers and the harder it makes it for them to keep toons in game.
