Default The Death of <Green Light> - Image heavy!

A couple weeks ago I was really bored out of my skull, while sitting at the QH docks I noticed a couple of "farmers/bots" from <Green Light>. So I created a new character, my first intention was to harass the bots, but I decided to actually to see if they would recruit a level 1 toon!

Ooops... in my newbishness I hit enter... Ugh well here's the rest!

They have a lot of Boots!
Well, at least he's an honest farmer! Too bad his honesty led to him being banned!

Busy little Bastards, in and out of the Forbidden Sepulcher!

The Roster and their favorite farm area!

I was going to take a screen shot of the petition, but it looks like the petition site is having a database error!

Anyway, after petitioning these poor bastards, about an hour later their guild was longer on the in EQ2Players and none of these players were in the game!

Good Bye Horses!

Wow, I need to proof read! I was so worried about the 15 minute edit limit that I sped through the post!

I have to say, this is a really awesome tactic for getting rid of farmers. Just curious on what grounds you petitioned them? I've had trouble getting bans on farmers I only "suspect" of EULA violations and generally stick to petitioning the ones I catch botting or pulling all the mobs in an area (like in Barren Sky or PoF). So please share!

The petition site still seems to be down, I can't remember exactly what I petitioned them under. But I included the scree shots (there are actually about a dozen more screenies, but they are all boring) I pushed the point to the GM that the guild was a known farming guild and that the player admitted that there were bots. (or boots)

When it come to BS and PoF farmers as soon as they solve the petition, and if the bots are in the game, re-open it ask them to come in to the game to watch them. If you "bug" them enough your bot problem will temporarily go away.
