It's ambiguous to me. It relates to this site but, in no serious manner. The poll where this came up asked for a serious discussion area. Of course I can be wrong and accept that but that's why I said I'm asking for clarity. Of course, you can be a snitty bitch if you like and completely ignore that. Of course, it answers why self policing rarely works.
