Maybe this can be clarified. I thought this section was for serious topics and discussion intended to stay on topic/not be spam/ not be general BS(for lack of better term)? Reported to get attention an official answer.

It's ambiguous to me. It relates to this site but, in no serious manner. The poll where this came up asked for a serious discussion area. Of course I can be wrong and accept that but that's why I said I'm asking for clarity. Of course, you can be a snitty bitch if you like and completely ignore that.
