He'd have to be above and beyond the 150-pixel height limit. As it is, his image is only 100-pixels, giving him more than enough room to put the 2-lines of text above it to fit into the 50-pixels he has left. Thank you for your concern, but if you're going to try to act like a know-it-all, see whether it actually violates the rules.

I have found that by disabling avatars and signatures in the Control Panel, I have gained the following benefits (among others):

- Faster load times.
- Zero CPU usage for animations.
- The bias of argument over celebrity (bigger names often have fancier sigs).
- Clear spam identification.
- Less negative effect for when spam does happen.
- Faster vertical skim-read time.
