RoK Pre Ordering

Starting up a side account. I pose this question..

If I Pre Order RoK now will that account be registered for all expansions up to EoF and then RoK when it comes out? Or would it only be registered for all of them upon release of RoK? No point in spending the money on the EoF box now and then another 40$ in less then a month.

You have to wait for RoK to come out before you start a new account with to have full access to everything.

Does the house pet only come with the DD version or will it be in the retail as well?
