i don't like at all that solo quests are THE way to grind this expansion, i have to say though i think it is more enjoyable to be able to quest part of the time solo and then also do some grinding with a group. all i really care about though is that the raid content doesn't suck since the grind is really only 1 week out of the next year for this expansion.

Judging the rhythm at which Strike was moving. You will see lvl 80s today. Not saying that *they* will be the first, just estimating that if they are doing it, the hardcore raiders on other servers must be at the same stage or even closer to 80 than them.

This expansion is the biggest joke ever. Leveling from solo quests is the first nail on the coffin for EQ2. Unless of course, raiding zones blow away people and contested mobs make hardcore raiders dance with joy. But seriously, if the race to 80 was so easy, can raiding be that much harder?

Edit: I missed the post where Taucher is lvl 79. So...ya, competition is over~.
