server instability?

Most the time it's me updating something or another and I dont feel like announcing a 5-10 minute downtime. Although, there was a problem with the post bot.

Every time I open a page, I keep getting an Alert! saying "This document contains no data". After I click ok, I can use the site as normal (It seems).

Anyone else?

I'm getting very long page loads atm. I've checked it out, and there is some blockage or slowness before our server, with 500+ MS seek times. This is not our server, this is other Internet congestion or a problem at the host company.
