Should Carebear Corner have its own skin?

I was just thinking... wouldn't it be cool if Carebear Corner had a Care Bear themed skin? Like... if you entered it all the top part and stuff changed.

i asked about custom skins a while ago but they were pretty much abandoned when they integrated ads into the site

if we had to create a skin with ad support and stuff i would still be interested tho

Carebear corner is supposed to be a place where you can just stick all the crappy threads.
Actually putting effort into making it special would mean that people actually give a crap about the threads in there.

But I wouldn't want anything funky or crappy, and a custom skin costs 500 bones.
