I say ban his ass for another 2 weeks let him get really pissed off and have all sorts of aggrivation built up so that he comes out swinging. Should make for a good 400 post laugh fest and the best case of self pwnage that we have seen in a while

If I was caught with weed on me in a car full of people I wouldnt say to the police:

"Ok err well if im getting arresed, you need to arrest the following people in that car, cos if im going down - so are they..."

Id get my ass beat if I did that. And thats exactly what he did, in different context obviously.

My sig picture was theze nutz, cant believe some moron ruined it for me.

So, ban him forever. But if he gets unbanned then thats also fine... it opens many doors of harrasment and abuse that I oh-so lovingly issue to everyone that gets on my sack.
