CONTEST: Best ROK Epic Spoiler

I just sweetened the contest and added a second contest, based on the fact that the epics will include both a group and epic portion.

I posted this modification on the official forums:

The contest will end on the later date of (a) exactly two months from the release of GU42 or (b) when we have completed spoilers posted for 12 different class epics, whichever occurs first.

It's hard to put an exact date on this one, since we don't know how hard these will be yet, and how long it will take people to complete them. I don't want to hold the contest up until all 24 classes are done, since some may take longer than others.

In the spirit of the ROK epic quests, since they will have both a group and an epic component, I'm hereby announcing that I'm sweetening the contest as follows:

1. The prize announced above will be given to the person who is voted to have authored the best "Group Epic Spoiler" and

2. An additional vote will occur after at least 12 "Raid Epic Spoilers" have been completed, and the prize for the "Raid Epic Spoiler" will be round trip airfare to the next FanFaire or the video card, if that wasn't selected by the first winner.

The only limitation is that the same person can't win both contests, I want two separate winners. I realize now we need two separate contests, because not everyone raids.

So, everyone who enters and then updates their Group Epic Spoiler to a Raid Epic Spoiler will have a second chance to win.

Yes, I understand there will be 24 epics, but I didn't want to hold up the entire contest for slacker classes. I presume there will be entries for at least half the classes, but in the event that doesn't happen, I'll still time out the contest and put up the vote no later than 2 months after LU42 release.

i heard the biggest spoiler in the whole RoK expansion was that a pvp guild clocked all of the content in under five weeks. I think if it was a visa commercial it would go something like this.

price 45 dollars
Just five weeks of content on a pvp server - worthless


I mean it, this was the biggest shell of a game since vanguard.

But at least someone from RL is enjoying the content on mags.
I'll bet oynx and kraken have epics inside of a week of their release. The biggest spoiler on nagafen will be following davram around to the quest points.
